A general (adult) Psychiatrist, born and raised in San Diego, CA, he attended undergraduate school at San Diego State University, with a BA Degree in psychology.  After completing college, he went to medical school at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, in the San Francisco Bay Area, to obtain his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Following Medical School, he attended Loma Linda University to complete a residency in Adult/General Psychiatry at Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he graduated in 2011 and has been practicing as an Outpatient Psychiatrist since that time.  As a result of attending Loma Linda, where there is a large diversity of patient age ranges, he treats patients ranging from 7 years old to 70 years old.  As a psychiatrist, he focuses on the medication management aspect of mental health and he collaborates with therapists, counselors and psychologists who provide the ‘talk therapy’ or psychotherapy aspect of mental health; which he believes is an important aspect of whole person care.
